staying at this hotel was great since it was just a short walk to downtown Silver Spring, where I found plenty of delightful restaurants and shops, and Belle Ziegler Park was nearby for a peaceful stroll among the greenery.

Overall cleanliness could use attention!!! The elevators malfunctioned too often, leaving many guests stranded!!! Additionally, the limited parking options are frustrating—$40 a day is steep when other hotels offer better rates.

Additionally, the complimentary breakfast options were disappointing and lacked variety, leaving little for those with dietary restrictions. Lastly, the noise from nearby roads was distracting, making it difficult to relax in my room during the night.

The guest room wasn't cleaned upon arrival, with hair on the floors and stained furniture, contributing to an overall lack of cleanliness. Additionally, the elevator had unaddressed spills, and the distance from the toilet paper holder was inconvenient. On a positive note, the location was great, providing easy access to the METRO and local dining options, and the hot sandwiches offered were a satisfying choice.

Had a great time with friends here! The location is perfect for visiting the National Zoo and the Lincoln Memorial. Our suite had a handy kitchenette and a 32-inch flat-screen TV for downtime. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The valet parking was convenient, despite the price. Definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for comfort and easy access to D.C. attractions.
